Outbound infrastructure health review

The problem

Campaign and mailbox settings were inconsistent, and some assigned accounts carried warning or bounce evidence. Provider-side issues required separate handling.

My contribution

• Audited campaign and inbox configuration against the applicable standard.
• Applied approved sending and warmup settings and read them back.
• Excluded confirmed flagged sender associations and documented remaining authentication issues.

Evidence & scope

Rechecked saved campaign states, scoped mailbox settings, exact account exclusions, and DNS evidence. Warmup reputation was not treated as complete health clearance.

What came out of it

Aligned mailbox settings, excluded confirmed problematic sender assignments, and preserved campaign and reply history.

Completed scoped remediation while preserving lead and reply history. Outstanding provider repairs remained explicit; reply-rate improvement was not assumed.
